hk prize is Asia’s premier scientific research awards, honoring studies with global relevance. Every year it attracts thousands of applicants and rewards them with cash prizes and access to Hong Kong’s renowned research facilities. Notable finalists have even put their lives on the line to reach their goals – founding organizations providing shelter for homeless adults or developing liquid biopsy processes.

HK Prize offers secondary school students an amazing opportunity to discover their passion and expand their global perspective. As this competition can be intensely competitive, it is vital that they study hard and engage in extracurricular activities to increase their chances of winning. Furthermore, make sure only to play on reliable gambling websites that offer fair gaming and reasonable winning chances, thus helping you avoid money loss or scams.

Prize money will enable the winner to fund their next project or establish relationships among scholars of Hong Kong studies. It also comes with an internship at one of Hong Kong’s premier research institutions for six months, giving them an invaluable chance to expand professional ties with local scientists while gaining invaluable insights into one of the world’s most vibrant science hubs.

HK Prize winners will not only receive a monetary award, but will also get to experience Hong Kong’s rich cultural and scientific attractions, international academic conferences and seminars, award ceremonies where their certificates and trophies will be handed out, independent judging processes led by experts in research and business fields; winning categories will then join a final judging panel for further review in their field of research or business expertise.

Candidates for nomination by individuals or organizations are welcomed. Each nominator may nominate one individual or team per year; up to five will be selected in each award field; individuals who have won this award within the last five years cannot be nominated again.

This award is open to self-taught artists or art graduates within their first ten years of practice, including recent graduates. Shortlisted works will be judged by an elite panel including Dr. Aron Harilela (CEO and Chairman of Harilela Hotels), Matt Chung (Founder of Gallery Ascend), Heiman Ng (Art Prince Advisory) and Lynus Woo (art collector and founder of REP). An individual prize of HK$8,000 will be given out as judges’ prize; with an additional award given out for their school (with results announced in final quarter 2023). Results will be made known on final quarter 2023!
