The Hong Kong Prize was created to acknowledge and recognize the efforts of young scientists and students in Hong Kong and surrounding regions. Judges will look for submissions that exhibit creativity and technical excellence; open to any student enrolled at any school within Hong Kong area by 16 September for submissions; winning student will receive cash prize and certificate from winner’s teacher(s). Teachers are strongly encouraged to nominate their best pupils for consideration for this prize.
This year’s HK Prize went to five outstanding scientists and their teams for groundbreaking achievements in artificial intelligence and robotics, life and science, new materials and energy research, advanced manufacturing, fintech, advanced manufacturing, advanced manufacturing, and fintech. To be considered for this award, submit an English-written full article that has been published within the past year in a peer-reviewed journal and which meets all other eligibility requirements.
